The origin and therefore the sustainability of tropical woods is almost impossible to trace.
We developed the Black Oak Series to offer great tones and the dark, sublime looks you would expect from tropical woods but in a sustainable way.

Built from native oak, these instruments get their color from smoking the wood with ammonia which reacts with the tannic acid in the wood and colors it dark while enhancing the tonal qualities at the same time.
They come standard with Bareknuckle Pickups and Schaller hardware and are available with 6, 7, 8 or more strings and a variety of scale lengths.

Released! Finally!

After a long time working on the prototypes and preparing all the promotional material we are proud to announce the release of the Manticore Guitar!

It has become a brutal beast of an axe, that is still versatile enough to not just play Brutal Death Metal but also Technical Death Metal, Old School Metal and even Melodic Death Metal!

No, really. It actually is versatile enough to play other styles than Metal, too.
If you want that with an axe looking that beautifully brutal is, of course, a different question.

The Features:
It was important for us to get good access to the upper frets and a perfectly balanced instrument. Unlike many other spiky guitars the Manticore is not neck heavy but well balanced.

The woods, electronics and hardware are completely up to your choice, otherwise our standards are Schaller hardware and Bareknuckle Pickups.

It's available in 6-String, 7-String, 8-String and Even-More-String if desired.

So order your Manticore, play some Metal and bang the head that... no wait... smash the head that doesn't bang in with a Manticore Guitar!

The "Grand Cherry Collection - 2013"

The time is ripe. After 5 years of drying, my good old cherry tree is ready to get processed and will decorate a small number of Devil's Choice instruments.

The beautiful wood of this old tree features a cherry-typical fine and dense texture with a smooth play of colours. As it is grown in a burl, every piece has an absolute unique look.

All available tops and already perfected instruments will be shown at the new website, which is currently in formation phase. So stay tuned!
